CORCHEM^® 207 Phenol Novolac Tank Lining

Proprietary formulation consisting of Epoxy Phenol Novolac (EPN) resins reacted with a modified, multiple ring cycloaliphatic amine.  When cured, this “multi-functionality” allows for a high degree of cross-linking, the resulting polymer structure is extremely chemical resistant, even in elevated pressures & temperatures.  CORCHEM^® 207 is designed for single coat application with an extended pot life compared to typical 100% solids materials.  It is suitable for application by both airless and conventional spray methods unlike typical 100% solids materials that are intended only for application by plural component spray equipment.  CORCHEM^® 207 is formulated to be extremely adhesive, hard, tough, and abrasion resistant.

Principal use as a corrosion resistant lining for storage vessels, railcars, tank trucks, heater treaters, free water knockouts, separators, frac tanks, clarifiers, filters, piping and processing equipment handling oil field products.
