This advanced technology cross-linked aromatic polyurethane resin is based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate reinforced with non-leafing aluminum flake which cures by reacting with atmospheric moisture. The polymer structure is extremely adhesive and chemically inert. High solids single component moisture curing urethane coating designed to provide penetration, wetting and sealing of substrates and surfaces which will be exposed to extremely severe chemical and physical environments. Can be applied in cold damp conditions and subjected to early fog, rain, snow or condensation after application. It has excellent adhesion, flexibility, toughness, impact and abrasion resistance properties. The cured film (free of solvents) conforms to United States Department of Agriculture requirements for incidental contact with food.
